Pros
There is an excellent work-life balance with encouragement to put your family first. The leadership has integrity and deals with employees honestly and fairly. It's rare to find such good quality people with a solid business. The company also promotes a culture of respect and acceptance, which I appreciate. The benefits are very good, and continue to improve as the company grows. Thus far, leadership has been very transparent with growth plans and has made ethical and good financial decisions. Lastly, the type of work is very interesting.
Cons
Some kerfuffle with growing from a small to mid size business, but nothing that can't be ironed out. Not a con, but with the flexibility and trust comes an expectation to perform. That is not meant to sound ominous. Don't lie on your resume and be honest about your abilities and comfort levels, and you'll be fine.
