Pros

My position was remote, and they were very accommodating for last-minute moves. The people that work with TrustedChoice.com are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and the CEO is very involved with the business. I learned a lot from this position and was able to refine new skills in all areas of marketing. Management is very down to earth and willing to help if you encounter any roadblocks. Overall one of the best companies I’ve worked for.

Cons

Since it’s mostly remote, it can be hard to get the team together for face-to-face interaction, but everyone does their share and pulls their weight regardless of the work setting.

Pros

The development team at Trustedchoice had great leadership and was passionate about the quality of the work we were putting out, which was well supported by leadership at the company. It was a great place to learn and grow as a developer and I enjoyed the challenges there. Others that I worked with throughout the company across all departments were very friendly and were easy to communicate with, and in general every department had a good understanding of what others were focused on.

Cons

If I could have seen any small change, it would have been to perhaps slow a bit when it came to the development of new features. We were very eager to always provide the latest and greatest tools when it came to our customers, but occasionally that vision was at odds with the realities of a small development team. However, this is very common at smaller companies, and the push and pull of the desire to deliver high quality output and the desire to push new features is always something that companies struggle to get just right.
