Passive aggressive culture and toxic CEO - Product Manager Truveta Employee Review

Great working environment enabling creative work.

Lower compensation compared to bigger companies.

The product is incredible and being honest the c suite is not to bad. They get their data directly from the source (health systems) allowing higher margins and top quality data.

Middle management has their heads up their ***. Not very business friendly, and are looking to charge everyone “big pharma pricing.” The only people that do well within the organization are key account persons, nobody else really has any deals as pricing is astronomical. Middle management (team leaders) are a mix of older persons who are clearly threatened by presence of younger folk, and some who have absolutely no sales experience. Just have been at company long enough to fill the seat. I’ve seen one of the managers deliberately tank deals over personal disputes with reps, creating a toxic work environments.
