Some fun colleagues to work together with because the youth work associates are entry level, a lot of motivated and passionate workers.
Cons
Challenging environment to work in, clients demanding, managers expect too much, most colleagues nv get to go home on time if u are a YWA. Some sort of divide between departments. Sometimes Social Worker look down on Youth Work Associate.
