Pros
I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw three canned positive reviews in a row -- obviously from management. Who else writes (look for them in the three straight reviews) "typical growing pains" in their reviews? And from three straight reviews?!? Real reviews have real positives and negatives. Here are the pros: Farhad is nice; You have Autonomy in your job; You work very closely with eclectic people with eclectic backgrounds; You won't get in trouble for having a movie playing on your screen while working
Cons
I'd rather work at Uber than Tubi TV. Cons: Not a real "startup" as there's an amazing amount of outstanding shares that make your options worthless no matter how much the company might one day be acquired for (wishful thinking); They feel more like a chop shop and the talented employees leave after realizing that fear is a motivating tactic; People don't want to work with cowards who hide behind the power of their position to instill fear in someone -- I think everyone who has worked at this company knows who we're talking about
