Great vision and mission to help people manage diabetes through behavior change

Poor leadership. Leading through fear. Upper management is paranoid and wont let people do their jobs, and micromanage everything. Professionals area of expertise is overshadowed by individuals not in roles that assume they know better. Will only be listened to byt upper management if you always say yes, don't ask questions, don't share concern, or push back a little.
