6yWe are surprised to hear you feel there is no chance for growth or advancement as in 2019 we took a strong initiative in growing the team from within and were able to promote and increase the compensation for many employees, more than we have in any other year. We also provide a professional development budget available to all staff and many training opportunities.
We hope any employees who feel this way will approach their manager to let them know of their career goals and if they are feeling dismissed to please come speak with Employee Success. We want to see all employees have a successful and long career at Tulip and will do whatever we can to help employees get there whether this is through mentorship, through professional development or providing training in the necessary areas. Leadership at Tulip and the Employee Success team are concerned with all staff, including IC’s.
