Thanks for the feedback, which we take seriously, even if it is negative. It's unfortunate that you felt you had this experience, and we are a culture that embraces all feedback, but much of what is stated here is untrue. We pay our people, sales and otherwise, on time and at or above industry market benchmarks. The result is that we are also 30%+ below industry average on attrition. Our low attrition rates help to show the passion our people have for working at Tulip. Also we have unlimited PTO and encourage our people to take vacations, and we even had several Reset Days (additional all-company Fridays off work) over the past 6mo to make sure people recharge and balance work and life.
