This is a old organization trying to move into the 21st century. The progress is slow, and mistakes are made. They have a long road ahead changing out dated business models to a more current employee friendly environment.
On the surface the core values trust, integrity, ethics, and making a difference really resonated with my personal values until I discovered they are a pipe dream of a hopeful CEO. I found my trust shaken, and my integrity questioned at every turn. The ethics of the of some senior leaders is questionable at best.
