      Given Tulsa's racist history, I'm not surprised that racism is alive and well with the selection process. Don't bother applying if you are a straight black person. You won't "fit in" and they will deny you. Cold-hearted.

      Community involvement and impactful work - a lot of technical opportunities as well as social events in the coolest office.

      Cons

      Not always fully remote work, lots of in-person meetings (although there are always snacks).
