Pros
Slow-paced environment. No one checks on what time you enter or leave the building, as long as you do your job. It has good benefits, they care about mental health specially after the pandemic. They have a friendly approach on the employee.
Cons
Too slow for my like, it suffers from the big company syndrome, where a decision needs to travel all the way up in order to get made. Unless you are at a manager or director level, you don't really have a voice. Salaries are ok, but a lateral movement elsewhere could grant you a better pay.
