Pros

I really liked the flexibility of roles and internal promotions, the management was decent, and they had a lot of relationship building company activities

Cons

Difficult (shifting) qa goals -- though to be fair they do brief everyone on the changes befire implementation

I can’t think of any

Cons

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
