Not good - Support Worker Turning Point Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Its great to see that your comments about the people we support, and that whilst with us you made a good friend here. However it is concerning to see your other comments regarding shifts, wages and the culture at Turning Point. In terms of wages, we continually review the market rate and invest where we can around Pay and Benefits, to support our colleagues from an Emotional, Physical and Financial perspective.
