      Good pay and beautiful place to work

      Cons

      Managment for my department played favorites based on who they were friends with. No attention was paid to employees putting in hard work, going the extra mile, or making suggestions. Not a work environment you could advance in.

      Perhaps more staff can be recruited for internal matters. Currently, too many people wanted to collect tips.
