None worth mentioning from my experience.

The company primarily hires interns instead of full-time employees to cut costs, creating a culture of exploitation. Interns are forced to work 12+ hours a day, far beyond any reasonable expectation for an internship. If an intern wishes to leave, the CEO (Mr. Sapera) threatens them with legal action and withholds their stipends/salary as a form of punishment. The company has no active users or tutors, raising serious concerns about its long-term sustainability. Leadership is unprofessional and uses intimidation tactics rather than mentorship or constructive feedback. No learning, no career growth, and no team culture — just pressure, fear, and fake promises. Stay far away from TutCart if you value your mental health, professional growth, or ethical working conditions. Like many failing edtech startups, this one shows all the signs of a company destined to shrink and collapse.

1. You get to experience the full end-to-end growing phase of an Edtech startup. 2. Very cool in the office space at WeWork 3. The founder is really helpful and understanding of the work culture.
