      Pros

      1. Flexible hours 2. Good pay ( compared to a lot of schools ) 3. Great mentors and TPRs 4. There are a variety of classes to teach. 5. They pay on time 6. The students are AMAZING

      Cons

      1. The comm center takes a long time to reply with very vague replies. They need to be swifter and more direct in their replies to questions. 2. The Free passes need to increase. If you keep a certain rating for a period of 3 months, that should be an incentive.
