Pros

- It is possible to telework for 2 days with the agreement of the managers. - small company, can see everything happening - I am looking for another job to then leave this company but despite this I have met very good people! Young people between 20 and 27 years old from different backgrounds, very competent and loyal to their work. - All the time spent there taught me things like, be observant, more social, and do a job the right way.

Cons

- The entire hierarchy, so the CEO, the associates as well as the person responsible of Human Resources, have a family or friendly bond. So most do not have skills in their associated fields and obtained the positions thanks to family or friendly ties and not thanks to their professional experience (The human resources manager is part of the same family as the CEO and the co-founder is the CEO's best friend and there are other examples..). - “Regular” employees are very talented but I could see that those who asked too many questions were often despised upon, or even on several occasions, some were even fired from the company even when they were very competent. They were only doing their job. It is thanks to the employees the company moves forward but without really growing like a normal company due to an incompetent hierarchy that does not deserve such employees. - I understood very quickly that they only kept employees who didn't open their mouths, that's why I was able to be part of this company for several years. - It is thanks to poorly conducted market studies that promise more than reality, they managed to convince investors. - Also when they hire you as a sales representative or another similar position, instead of putting you in the corresponding social category, they put you in a much lower category, same as a cleaning lady, so they can contribute much less for your social contributions. ! - Very low salary for the job required - without supplementary health insurance - To achieve the objectives you have to work overtime that is not paid

Pros

- Small company, which makes communication with the managers easier (basically all of the employees work in a small and open office) - Friendly team - Possibility to work remotely once or twice per week if you are not from the operations team - You can somehow promote inside the company as there are people who leave frequently. - A great place where to start your career and learn a lot.

Cons

- Minimum wages (but this is a problem of all startups in Spain). - The company is still not mature, which gives a lack of security. - Sometimes you have to fight a lot just to get simple things that are considered almost a right in other companies. For example, we have waited a lot to just get a simple coffee machine at the office. - Sometimes they would ask you to work a Saturday or extra hours (due to "Black Friday campaign" or something like that) but you won't get paid extra.
