Every day had a focus of not only growing your business/ professional acumen, but also in growing your transferable life skills. The office is filled with diligent minds and consistent laughter. It is a true family environment that is always collaborating to bring forward the best product possible. In addition to this, you are given full autonomy to work on your own projects and are rewarded graciously for your efforts! I cannot praise Twelve Recruitment enough. The working culture is what is best at Twelve Recruitment, there is friendly competition but at the end of the day, everyone wants the best for each other. Whether that is other consultants taking over the recruitment process for someone that is on holiday, or everyone rallying together the night before an assessment day eating pizza and having a few drinks to prepare. The way both clients and candidates are treated at Twelve Recruitment makes it stand out from other recruitment companies. Twelve Recruitment would prefer to lose money doing the right thing than making money by compromising its integrity.
