Pros
Descent benefit/ and great product.
Cons
At one time, this company was truly a great place to work—employees were energized, motivated, and passionate about what they did. Over time, however, upper management eroded much of that passion. The biggest blow came when they removed the one benefit employees valued most: the ability to work from home. What followed was the introduction of a policy that has been both inconsistent and confusing. Some employees are allowed to work from home all the time, others occasionally, while some are required to be in the office five days a week. This uneven approach has created unnecessary chaos and frustration. Unfortunately, senior management, HR, and specially directors have failed to step in and provide clarity or leadership. In my opinion, this lack of action is directly contributing to declining morale and lower productivity across the company.
