Pros
Great food and quality service, but the staff is temporary. Over hiring and hiding the fact that they have a training period before your hiring wage kicks in is good for the owners bottom line.
Cons
There is at least a two month period where you will not receive the pay rate you were hired in at. You are never told that you are working for two thirds of the rate it just happens to your surprise. I personally was cheated out of at least 700 dollars during my five weeks at this company. I was told I could work, but the hours were less then 20 per week. If you add in the tips I should have received it is well over 1000 dollars. That is a lot of money I was cheated out of.
