Pros
It's a young company with great humble capable leadership. Great working environment and opportunities for hard workers. Office politics don't play nearly as big a part as it does in other companies I've worked for.
Cons
I struggle to say much negative about 2degrees. I presume if you were very experienced in the telco industry it may not offer you many new challenges, but that's all subjective.
