Cons
There were a few reviewers that really summed up this place perfectly. I'll quote my two favorites: Quote: "Want to know the owner’s leadership style? Look no further than The Donald. Would you want to work for him? If yes, Two by Four is for you. If no, look elsewhere." Perfectly said. Quote: "You will see job posts that include “We don’t hire jerks.” That may be true, unfortunately you’ll work for one." There's an old expression, "the fish stinks from the head down." Two x Four is an awful place because it has an awful leader. The CEO is creative. No doubt. And he understands nearly every nook & cranny of branding & marketing that can be known. BUT--and this is a big but-- he is an absolutely atrocious leader. He's at odds with literally every contemporary leadership theory out there. He hears you, but doesn't listen. Running a process? He'll steamroll it and not tell you. He thrives on conflict, which might be okay, if he wasn't the one with absolute power. He likes to raise his voice. Oh, and he won't hesitate one second to insult you or your performance in front of your peers.
