I am working here for 3 years, I found every day new opportunities for learning, a great place for learning & a long time opportunity. We can update & educate us with them, the company is growing really fast. Tx labs office is so spacious and well maintained.

Improving day by day, no one has perfect, every time there is the chance for new improvements.

- Totally fraud search other companies. - I would have given minus rating if there was an option. - There is nothing good about working here. - Company is very dynamic there policies change within an hour. - No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and after joining you will start feeling cheated with you. - No positive point. everything is worst here. - Didn't see any Pros for this company in India. Recruiting HR People are very much frustrating and dont know the cullture. - Transparent CTC component, no variable components. If you ready to work as slave for money OR you don't have any other job offer, then this is the Best company for you.

- Jiniguru, TxTech and Txlabs is different name but it's only one company. - When come time to get appraisal when company has been fired the employees. - Don't trust on HR or Management commitments. - No Increment - No appraisal, Only fake promises - Very bad company, management is very poor, they just west your time bcz they have to work - They don't trust their employees. - Appraisal and salary growth? there are no such thing like that. - You will never get a single reply to your mails from management - All good reviews here are traps droped by management team. - Almost 80% of old employees from which the company started left it due to these uninformed and unadapdable changes. - No fix salary date. - There is no proper process of anything in this company. - No reply from management team (including HR). - You are considered as an animal rather than a human being. - All depend on your manager. No hike for last 1.5 yrs. HR can't take any decision . - The founder is mannerless. - No one has any views on what they are working. - No point of view for an employee. - HR has no idea why they are hired for. - The average life of a good employee is a max 3-4 month. - No Other Activity. - Very kanjus management. They do not spend money on anything. - What kind of people heeding this company who not decide their own mission and vision themselves - Management not take any decision.
