Pros
Tygart is a great company offering the salary commesurate with experience and more. The company offers great benefits, employee incentives, and a family-oriented environment. Working at Tygart makes me remember why I enjoyed working for smaller companies--with Tygart, you're not just a number, you're an individual, a professional. The executive management is very involved and do hide behind electronic media. I appreciate that. It's a job working with such professional and not so far removed individuals, it makes you want to learn and grow. You're not just an employee, but you're the benefit for Tygart and the company's success, not the other way around.
Cons
I cannot think of any down side, except to say that they need to pen a corporate office in the DC area, so that I can work there. :)
