- CEO is very manipulative and deceptive and lies through his teeth internally and externally to clients.
- The CEO gives false promises to clients and expects the team to deliver unrealistic goals and gets verbally aggressive when clients are unhappy.
- Expect to manage and work across 8/10 accounts without being able to dedicate time and care to all accounts.
- The CEO has no accountability for his actions as the company has no HR team to mediate or say what is legally right or wrong.
- Fire people without remorse and intimidate them through lies by falsely stating negligence despite clear evidence to the contrary.
- Willing to fire people without fair cause and will lie about it internally to the team and externally to clients (witnessed multiple times good people get fired under false pretences)
- CEO is a control freak and doesn't like to relinquish responsibility to people he has employed as specialists. No trust in the people he employed!
