      Everyone that I worked with was super open to helping and teaching me. I was given real projects and was able to see the impact that my projects had on the company.

      Cons

      Not as much training as I would have liked going into the internship.

      The company offers great pay for the area.

      Cons

      The company changed health benefits from BCBS to United health-Poor Provider. Some plants have a toxic work life balance. Expect 6-7 day work week. No OT or consideration for Salary management.
