Pros
Great compensation and benefits. The engineers at this company are amazing people with some serious talents. The lab space is incredible with plenty of great equipment, and the common spaces were great. This is a great place to grow skills within a fast paced business.
Cons
I've personally watched the COO march into a lab and cuss out everyone in the room, more than once. He consistently had a bully attitude, which more often then not overreached as poor engineering decisions. The CEO had a nasty habit of spying on engineers, and made little effort to foster a great relationship with the employee. In fact he cussed at and berated the employees within e-mails. Middle management seemed to have learned management skills from the CEO and COO, where are the soft skills? This is the only company I have every worked for where the administration was so awful towards employees.
