Cons
-Mandatory overtime -High turnover rate ( They do not care how long you have been working for the company, they will fire you with no mercy) -POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT (promote people within the company who have NO management skills and NO PROFESSIONALISM) -Rude people and LOTS OF GOSSIP! (people like to talk) -Bad pay -Low morale!
