      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. Relaxed way of living and working. Health insurance and long term vacation with optional summer vacation time extra-hour working fully paid. End of year one moth or so paid vacation with annual christmas bonus.

      Cons

      There is no con that I may think of. For those who don't like a hot caribbean country it may be an issue. However this could be compensated with great beach trips and exhuberant fauna flaunting non-dangerous wild in-country explorations and experiencing of the populations welcoming openness to foreign visitors/workers.
