      Pros

      Nothing really. Poor benefits / non-exsistent benefits. Only positive thing that I could say is that I'm no longer there!

      Cons

      Awful arrogant and patronizing management - if you can call them that! No direction. Awful products - they think their products are amazing, hence the arrogance; but in reality they are not great and there are better products already in the market.

      They are working in a niche area where there is a lot of growth. Automation and Orchestration is "hot" cake in the industry

      Cons

      arrogant management, bullying, toxic culture, no product strategy, no employee voice on product architecture and sales strategy, lack of leadership skills for managers (CXOs)

      The company is embarking on a very exciting new mission aligned with the very high growth Cybersecurity industry. There are many opportunities for the right caliber of individual to make a difference. The next couple of years are going to be very exciting.

      There are risks associated with a new venture like this but also the potential of serious upside of course.
