      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits and outstanding supervisor within department. Really great city. College campus. Flexibility with hours and scheduling. Smart coworkers.

      Cons

      HIgher level administrators (deans mostly) had no idea what was going on on the ground. Summers are really really hot.
