Pros
A very enjoyable place to work. High caliber of faculty spanning diverse fields from biotech to medical to the humanities.
Cons
Not much negative to report aside from current budget problems that afflict most universities. There will be major reorganizations of campus units. Of course this will almost surely lead, and has, to layoffs.
