Pros
Some very nice people work here. And they work 60-80 hours per work on a benefits package that pays for 40 hours worked.
Cons
PTO is the worst I have ever seen. Not only that but what they don't tell you is that you don't accrue vacation when you are on vacation. So you can accrue 25 days your first year, if you never take a holiday or vacation or sick day. But once you do, you benefit for time off decreases. Cruel company.
