Pros
Pension plan which you are vested in after 5 years. Wonderful healthcare plans and options. Frontline staff is awesome - very dedicated and caring. Executive leadership has changed for the better; however, more work to do to enhance the mid-level leadership.
Cons
PTO accrual rate is low for your first 12 months and you must use PTO for almost all holidays. Even after one year the accrual rate still isn't great... No paid maternity leave and certainly no paternity leave. If both parents work for UCHealth then only 12 weeks of FMLA combined, ouch!
