      Great learning opportunity. Large amount of autonomy. Work at own pace. Awesome student job. Fantastic letter of reference from professor.

      Cons

      Hard to communicate with professors due to their lack of time and non-response to emails. Nonelectronic paysheets. Too slow of pace at times.
