Pros
The companies on campus are very flexible with scheduling work hours for their students. And also because you work with people your age, it's more exciting and fun. I love meeting a variety of people from all over the country since UCLA is one of the Most prominent colleges to visit on the west coast.
Cons
It may be good sometimes to work with your friends, but the downside is that it may be different out in the real world. I don't think we get the same work experience.
