A place with some of the most intelligent people with a great culture of collaboration; it's truly a special place. An incredible health-care system & integration of the health-care system with the research arms.
Cons
Soviet-style behemoth of a bureaucracy is in effect here. Any time you need to get something done you will encounter a niche department staffed with ~8 apparatchiks who will find inventive ways to tell you "no"
