Pros
Reasonable benefit package. Accrued PTO per pay period. Flexible schedule. Great middle management. Having ability to work at ones' own pace. Upper management/owners are currently looking ahead to the future to further client relations as well as employee happiness/satisfaction.
Cons
Driving personal vehicle on certain projects- high wear and tear, but only compensated for mileage at lowest federal rate. Driving personal vehicles in urban environments make home-owners uneasy and sometimes hostile due to lack of identification (i.e markings on vehicle and statement of purpose for being on property).
