Nothing I can think of right now

The work is challenging and always changing. Good pay and benefits. Owner is very entertaining. Flexible work schedule was nice but some took advantage of it and ruined it for everyone.

Unorganized and schedule is non-existent. Always late on jobs which made the customer unhappy, the lack of success was a huge impact on employee moral.
