      a paycheck while you look for a real company

      Cons

      building unbearably hot in summer, freezing in winter; dirty conditions at times; staff meetings may result in berating of employees by owner; you may be expected to build machines with junk from ebay or auctions and waste time debugging broken parts. forget doing real engineering, expect to have sketches drawn on Monday with expectations of working device by Friday.

      1. regular paychecks 2. medical insurance 3. meet the best people ever (employees only) 4. job security - the upper management won't fire you out of the blue, though he will bully you enough for you to quit 5. you will be paid peanuts

      Cons

      1. deal with a lot of bullying by upper management 2. expect to work every day for 12 hrs if you are a full time employee
