The UIG team is one of the best working teams I have been on. Everyone has each others best interest in mind, as well as the companies. Each team member is available to help each other on any project, big or small. You get exposure to different jobs to find your best match.
Cons
You need to be able to juggle a lot of moving pieces and stay on top of multiple projects. It's great for the right person, but if you are used to just working on one thing, it would probably be stressful.
some flexibility on hours, nice building, lots of parking, not much pollution, some nice coworkers, easy to talk with anyone
Cons
pay could be higher, not much room for job growth
UIG Response

UIG Project managers have the freedom to work autonomously on most projects but the door to co-workers and upper management is always open for collaboration and advice. Employees have the ability to fluidly move to other positions for which they have shown the ability to master and desire for change.
