Long: I made the switch to UIS Technology Partners after 16 years in the education field, and I was apprehensive to go work in a corporate environment. My fears were quickly squashed. I was surprised to find that my transition was smooth, and I felt support from all levels. We really value our experience as a team, and ultimately have come to view each other as family. Staff at all levels from admins to Senior management, genuinely care about me as a peer and family member.
I came on board to be an Administrative Assistant, and worked my way up to Office Manager, Accounting, HR and finally found my niche in a combo role of all three. I would definitely recommend UIS to anyone looking for more than just a place to put in time and get a paycheck. If you want to feel a part of something bigger, a family, then this is the place to do it!
