      The organisation is routed in Saftey, Saftey and Sustainability. This gives great purpose to the software solutions we create, and we can see the difference we globally in these spaces. The technologies we use are really exciting too.

      Office is not as fancy as some, but we are almost fully remote

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
