      Pros

      UNCLE has a very flexible work environment. Employees are friendly and I have a great manager! I've been with the credit union for over 6 years now and there has been a lot of changes but they have all been positive changes to make UNCLE a better place to work and a friendly place for our members to do business.

      Cons

      The only cons are those who don't think UNCLE is a great place to work.

      Staff are friendly, helpful. Limited growth for my area, but we'll guided by my supervisor.

      Limited growth. Very few are deep Corporate serious.
