Expectation to work late regularly, no plan in place for coverage when someone is out so work falls on already stressed coworkers, low pay compared to industry, work of 2-3+ people for that low pay, constant change because c level is bored, contradictory direction from management, have to CYA always, c level and directors think we do nothing all day, constant pressure. Not worth it for the stress.
