      Good people, best part about the job is my co-workers, flexibility, salary

      Cons

      Projects are focused on money and dates only. Poor decision-making at director level breeds an environment of fear. Some areas are cutthroat, no one has your back. Go with lowest bids despite bad past experiences and wonder why projects don't go well.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
