Pros
When i left, the people there were awesome to work with. Excellent benefits. An incentive program that can push you to do better by offering a much higher pay per hour should you go above and beyond in selection (only selection) Great place for those who know what they want and are willing to work to get there, otherwise you get on the never ending wheel of uncertain misery.
Cons
As many hours as you could never want. 50-60+ Management is claimed to be hired from within, and with literally 1 exception, this is a bold faced lie. Work "rate" has been proven to be tampered with on more occasions than i can even count (not an exaggeration, they busted one supervisor 6 times in a month) Making it difficult if not impossible to make your standard working rate, let alone incentive. When i left there, it was not a good place to work if you want to see your family or have any for of social life due to massive hours and mandated overtime. I honestly hope that last one changed
