Pros
Competitive pay, challenging work, great location (Boise Idaho), flexible hours, and I worked with some wonderful people.
Cons
I spent seven years with Supervalu and at first felt very happy to work there. After the shine wore off I began to notice how poorly managed the company was. The upper management (C-level, VIPs, and directors, etc.) made many poor decisions.
