Pros
Decent benefits, normal daytime hours. Offers tuition reimbursement. There are paths to move ahead in the company if you want to. They have Toastmasters clubs. Pretty good pay.
Cons
OT is discouraged for hourly workers. Sometimes one has to know people to move up. It can be beauracratic at times. It is hard to get bad employees fired, so they tend to wait for layoffs.
