      Pros

      Lots of hours and OT, starting pay is decent compared to other warehouse jobs.

      Cons

      No future working here and you are being compared with your coworkers constantly, always a numbers game every week and you always get talks if you do not meet numbers. Back breaking job, not worth it.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
